TS-Guides are used as pipe guides for electrodes for the following machines: Sodick (Type: K1C), Matra (Type: Bohrteufel) and Charmilles (Type: SH2). There are three different kinds of TS-Guides. Which kind of guide has to be used depends on the start hole drilling machine. The guides are available for electrodes from the diameter 0.10mm to 6.00mm.

This TS-Guide has a sapphire inlay and a ceramic body (length: 23mm, diameter: 10mm). The guide fits into the following small hole drilling machines: Sodick K1C, Matra Bohrteufel, Charmilles SH2 . |

This TS-Guide has a ceramic inlay and a stainless steel body (length: 23mm, diameter: 10mm / 13mm). It can be used as a reasonable alternative for the ceramic / sapphire type on the Sodick K1C. |

This guide is also known as Taper Guide and is an older version of the TS-Guide. It has a body of stainless steel and a sapphire inlay. Mainly Sodick machines (K1CS and K1CN) are working with this guide.
